Neel Tevar

Neel Tevar is an Immigration Program Co-Director at The Build Fellowship where he helps manage and develop the organization's immigration processes while guiding Fellows through their immigration journey. Neel has over 14 years of experience in U.S. immigration, including as a paralegal at several large law firms, as an in-house immigration specialist, and ultimately as the manager of the U.S. immigration function at a large investment banking firm and financial company, where he led a team to direct immigration policy and processes for several thousand visa holder employees.
