When I first contacted Jeff through my friend who speaks English, I was in trouble. My O-1 visa had been approved by USCIS but the US Consulate in Kiev would not give me a visa. My first attorney was doing nothing to help. Jeff stepped in, found out what the problem was, and successfully got the Consulate to issue the O-1 visa, permitting me to come to the United States. This took a lot of time and persistence, and I was so glad Jeff was representing me. This would not have ended so happily without Jeff’s hard work.
